Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for achieving the purposes set out above and fulfilling legal obligations, and limited to such purposes, to service providers, suppliers, business partners, project partners, public institutions and/or private legal entities, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation and deemed necessary within the scope of the aforementioned purposes.
In addition, your personal data may be shared with Mesa Holding, to which Mesa Mesken is affiliated in Türkiye, Mesa Holding group companies, and, where necessary for the implementation of company policies, internal audit, risk management, reporting activities, and compliance with legal obligations, with lawyers, notaries, auditors, consultants, and other relevant public authorities and institutions where required to protect legitimate rights and interests.

Your personal data shall be retained for the retention periods prescribed under applicable legislation or for the period required by the processing purposes described above. Upon expiry of such periods, your personal data shall be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK.
